Service-process execution & case management
Manages ambiguous, concurrent and critical cases, escalates on time, and improves the procedure when a problem recurs.
In this journey
- Analyses an ambiguous request to identify the missing information, and chooses two or three targeted questions that uncover it before handling begins, instead of sending the request back to the customer for a written clarification.
- Evaluates a set of concurrent cases, orders them by the impact of each and the service-level time left on each, and determines which must be escalated now under the escalation matrix.
- Writes a three-line escalation summary (what the customer asked for, what has been done, what is needed from the receiver). Also writes a closing record that documents the decision and its reason, so that someone else can review the case without asking again.
- Analyses a set of closed cases to detect a problem that recurred in three cases or more, and decides to raise an improvement proposal on the procedure rather than only resolving each case on its own.
