Training design & evaluation
Designs training programmes and sessions for predefined needs and applies ready-made evaluation tools, following the organisation's templates with guidance available.
In this journey
- Writes, for a defined performance need, a learning objective that starts with an observable action verb and states a mastery criterion, following the organisation's approved template.
- Organises a training session plan by sequence, timing, activities and materials, giving most of the time to application and practice, before submitting it to the supervisor for approval.
- Identifies, in an alignment matrix, any activity or assessment item that links to no learning objective, and decides whether to remove it or revise it.
- Distinguishes between what the learner-reaction survey shows and what the pre- and post-tests show, and draws from them and from the programme log feedback a specific change for the next run.
