Voice-of-customer measurement
Collects, records and summarises customer feedback accurately and consistently using the approved tools and procedures, and refers unusual cases to a supervisor.
In this journey
- Records in the system a feedback item received through one of the approved channels and classifies it with the approved taxonomy, identifying the channel, the feedback type and the service concerned.
- Distinguishes between administering the satisfaction survey after the transaction with the approved timing and wording and without leading the customer, and administering it in a way that steers the customer toward a positive answer or leaves some responses unentered.
- Reviews a record before submitting or closing it and spots what prevents it from being accepted: a missing field, a duplicate entry, a wrong classification or an undocumented customer follow-up. Then decides whether to correct the problem or report it.
- Distinguishes a periodic summary that meets requirements, presenting the most frequent causes of dissatisfaction with case counts and quoted examples of customers' own words, from one that lacks counts or bases its conclusion on a single striking case.
